In 2001 Hans Stutvoet M.Sc. decides to continue his career as a self-employed electric power engineer and starts his company SVRI. 'In this way I can optimally provide and develop my electric power knowledge and experience. And customers can hire me only when they need me.' Hans Stutvoet offers you his services, training courses and software through SVRI.

‘My expertise is in the field of generators for industrial use, on ships and in offshore applications. Mostly these generators can run in stand-alone and island operation, but also coupled with a utility grid (on-line). Specific requirements for the design and control and protection system are necessary.’

Although Hans works without staff, he strives to support his customers as broad as possible. Therefore SVRI is distributor of SKM Power Tools software and he delivers some training courses in cooperation with Brush and the University of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN). SVRI customers are industrial users, shipyards, contractors and generator manufacturer Brush.
