PTW Service & Support

For service and support you can consult a number of sources offline and online. Moreover you can ask questions to the SKM Technical Support helpdesk, provided that you have a valid maintenance agreement. Finally, I offer you training courses.

 

Use the help function and the installed documents

The SKM Power Tools is provided with a goed help function. Moreover a folder ~\PTW32\Doc is created during installation with the following PDF documents:

  • Key installation instructions
  • PTW Tutorial and other tutorials
  • PTW User’s Guide
  • Reference Manuals

Study the Sample Projects

      A folder ~\PTW32\Projects is created during installation. In this folder you will find sample projects.

Consult the SKM website

On the SKM website click the tab Support and go to:

Attend a training course

You can attend several training courses to get familiar with SKM Power Tools:

Annual maintenance and support service contract

You can purchase an annual maintenance and support service agreement. After purchasing the software this contract is included the first year and you can prolong it yearly. The annual maintenance and support service agreement provides you:

  • Technical support per e-mail or phone
  • A user name and password, to enable you to download the most recent version of the software
